There are 50 Million people (75M within the next 10 years.) breaking away from the corporate structure to start and/or advance their own business. It is the aim of USA, from the caller’s perspective, to be seen as the ”personal” receptionist for their clients, in the same location, as opposed to sounding like a call center or answering service. In order to achieve this each call must be answered accordingly. With that, a screen-pop customer profile is built for each business that’s triggered by their phone #. Said profile flashes up on the receptionist’s computer screen when a call comes in for that particular business with instruction of how to answer, service, message, schedule along with a list of associates to forward calls to as well.

the answer, enjoying and taking full advantage of the ever-advancing V.O.I.P. telephony, discovered that we could offer 7-digit numbers to anyone anywhere in the country, upon which there would be a 10-digit (invisible) number to piggyback on to be answered at the USA. Clients may use their existing 7-digit number or be provided w/ one. Toll-free numbers are also available or forwarded to their existing ones.

From this, we set out to become- “The Front Desk of Small Business” nationwide. Starting at $98 per month, “We’re “not” a call center, “not” an answering service. We’re your “personal” receptionist.” We answer calls professionally & warmly, giving the caller the impression that we’re all together in the same location, intimately involved with the business being called. In reality, we will most likely never meet the businesses we answer for. It might even be the 1st time a particular receptionist has answered a call for that account, but the live-time information on her screen conveys familiarity.

The above stated is the bedrock of the USA from which we plan to branch out from to areas that will benefit small businesses, hence the middle class, hence society as a whole. 

10 years ago 35 million small business solopreneurs were leaving the corporate workforce. Now, statistics show 50 million, w/ 75 million planned for the next 10 years. 

The next level we plan for the USA, to be built upon our small business live answer platform, is Small Business Escalation. This is where we offer effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management (SSM) along with other various types of Internet marketing. Once we have enough accounts, utilizing both levels of USA, and around the country, is when we plan to launch the 3rd level- Small Business Creation

We form Portland-based task forces, to reach out to Colleges, Universities, and Trade schools around the country to offer contests (of sorts) to pull together individuals or groups of students to come up with a viable business plan with a realistic path to success. Said student(s) may be from the same school or different schools, but from the same local areas. The reason being is that the members of the Board, we would organize to vet said viable business plans, will be taken from that area. A Board member could be a teacher, professor, city councilor, city planner, an established business person, philanthropist, a member of the chamber of commerce, etc.   

Out of 8+/- “contestants”, said the Board would vet them down to 1 or 2 finalists. Then, for each finalist, USA will back them for 6 months, build their company profile, provide professional live answer/ forwarding phone service, website design w/ a shopping cart for commerce, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Management, etc. 

All will be paid upfront by the USA. At the end of the 6 months, the powerful multi-prong marketing machine employed by the USA, would more likely than not, be successful in launching this new business. If this is indeed the case, going forward said newly thriving business(s) will agree to have USA retain 10% of their business going forward as well as payback, over the next 3 years, what it cost the USA for their 6-month promotion. They will be on their own free to use whoever they wish for support but hopefully will want to retain USA for their Live Answering and Marketing services. If by chance said a new business is not successful, they owe nothing. 

I refer to this above as an example of Social-Capitalism, which I am firmly vested in, as I see it as the only healthy way forward. A system, where everyone is vested in the common good, but plenty of room, resources incentives, and rewards for individuals to go and grow as high as they want and are able, as they are the ones who make things happen. The true engine of the new middle-class economy.
